Nearly all the products in our print finishing range can be purchased ‘buy the metre’ allowing you to buy only what you need for specific jobs, especially important for the higher value and specialised laminates.

Our range of easy to use, tried and tested soft signage print fabrics are suitable for UV, Solvent, Latex and Dye-sublimation printers. We offer a range of both woven and lower cost knitted fabrics to cover most display applications, as self-adhesive and stitch on Textile Tapes for tension frames in our 'Tools and Accessories: Textile Tapes' section.

Nu-Coat FlooR10 M73-P

Fire rated, 100µ textured laminating PVC film for internal applications with a service life of around 3 months dependent on traffic, also slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 and is borderline for external use. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN 51130 anti-slip group R10. Suitable for both wall and floor applications.

150µ matt structured polymeric PVC film - Our most durable laminate for internal floor graphics with an expected outdoor life of 3 months when used with Mactac's StreetRap print media and the finished product conforms well to exterior uneven surfaces such as concrete pavement and bitumen. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11. Fire rated BS476 Class 0 & EN13501.

DigiGUARD Floortex FV8-85

200µ textured PVC face film primarily for the protection of internal floor graphics with a service life of around 6 months. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11, so it can be used in all public places including stairwells and the like. B1 fire rated.

Mactac LUV 6300

125µ grain textured semi-matt PVC laminate specially designed to protect indoor floor graphics for up to 6 months. Helps eliminate glare while providing a sophisticated look for promotions and advertising. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R9. Fire rated EN13501-1.

Mactac LUV 6301

100µ matt grain textured PVC laminate for protection of floor graphics up to 3 months internally. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R9, DIN EN 13036-4 and approved to ASTM Friction Test C-1028-2007. Fire rated EN13501-1.

Mactac JT 8300 WM-RT Dot Floors

200µ matt white vinyl for 'one-part' printed floor graphics (does not need lamination) for Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Mactac's 'Dot' adhesive allows for easy installation without using specialist tools or water. 1 month indoor life for pedestrian traffic and slip rated with a Pendulum Test Value of greater than 36, which is low slip potential.

DigiGUARD Guardian Prop12

Primarily for the protection of floor graphics but also used for wall applications, a non-PVC, PP (polypropylene) laminate with a wet PTV of 52 which is the equivalent of an R12 rating for slip resistance.

Mactac StreetLam

385µ satin clear construction made from abrasive particles which are bonded to a polymeric PVC and uses a high tack adhesive with 6 months external life. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R12, this is our highest rated anti-slip floor laminate. Fire rated EN13501.

M16-M-P

Matt white high opacity, fire rated, 80µ monomeric with MaxGRAB permanent adhesive on a PE liner. Our tackiest and strongest adhesive for the widest range of difficult applications - this print vinyl is for more demanding applications onto rougher external surfaces. For flooring applications the durability is 3 to 6 months and is only slip-resistant when overlaminated with a suitable slip-rated external floor laminate.

M15-M-P

Matt white, fire rated, 80µ monomeric with MaxGRAB permanent adhesive on a PE liner. Our tackiest and strongest adhesive for the widest range of difficult applications - this print vinyl is for more demanding applications onto rougher external surfaces. For flooring applications the durability is 3 to 6 months and is only slip-resistant when overlaminated with a suitable slip-rated external floor laminate.

Mactac StreetRap

85µ white matt vinyl with a very aggressive permanent adhesive. Designed for application to slightly rough pedestrian surfaces like concrete and asphalt with an outdoor life of 3-6 months when laminated with FloorGrip or StreetLam respectively.

DigiGUARD Laminates for UV

The best laminates for UV prints in our range! These print laminates can be used universally over all printing inks. Most of the films are Class 0 fire rated. 3-5 year outdoor life, colour neutral, 80µ PVC pressure sensitive laminating films with a photograde clear adhesive that guarantees a high bond with minimal silvering and bridging around heavily UV inked areas.
