DigiPRINT DS3005 textured, thick print n cut label vinyl printed in imposed rows woth an assortment of different safety labels with a focus on a no nsmoking sticker which is being peeled back from the release liner with all the waste film that is not required around the kiss-cut graphic has been weeded out / removed.
DigiPRINT DS3005, a thick and easy to apply print vinyl hangs with it's leading edge from the front of a wide format digital printer after the film has been printed with a brand logo and then plotter cut to produce fully cutout print n cut labels. One completed label is being removed from the imposed roll while it is hanging from the printer.
DigiPRINT monomeric series of thick print vinyls are ideal self-adhesive print films for producing cut labels and stickers. DS3007 gloss white film is shown printed with energy labels, often found on electronics packaging, and the printed roll is laid on a table shown in the process of being weeded out / the excess unwanted film that surrounds the printed graphic being peeled back and removed.

DS3005 is a textured opaque white thick vinyl that is ideal for coverall applications and perfect for print and cut labels.

DS3005 is a 150µ textured opaque white monomeric film with a grey extra-strong solvent acrylic permanent adhesive.

The textured surface resists scuffing which also allows the film to be used for many applications without a protective laminate and the grey adhesive is ideal for coverall applications.

Perfect for ‘print and cut’ labels.
