If you want to just stock one tack then TransTape TT60 Medium Tack or KleenTear KT50 Medium Tack should be your picks. Both remove most lettering from the liner (if you have small matt text then just flip over the vinyl and remove the liner from the application paper) and work beautifully when you are applying wet.

KleenView 40 is a clear medium tack application film that allows you to see what you are doing when taping graphics. This product is PVC free.
