DigiGUARD – Floortex FV8-85

200µ textured PVC face film primarily for the protection of internal floor graphics with a service life of around 6 months. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11, so it can be used in all public places including stairwells and the like. B1 fire rated.

DigiGUARD – GUARDIAN Prop12

Primarily for the protection of floor graphics but also used for wall applications, a non-PVC, PP (polypropylene) laminate with a wet PTV of 52 which is the equivalent of an R12 rating for slip resistance. Fire rated.

Mactac – FloorGrip

150µ matt structured polymeric PVC film - Our most durable laminate for internal floor graphics with an expected outdoor life of 3 months when used with Mactac's StreetRap print media and the finished product conforms well to exterior uneven surfaces such as concrete pavement and bitumen. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11. Fire rated BS476 Class 0 & EN13501.

Mactac – LUV 6301

100µ matt grain textured PVC laminate for protection of floor graphics up to 3 months internally. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R9, DIN EN 13036-4 and approved to ASTM Friction Test C-1028-2007. Fire rated EN13501-1.

NU-COAT – M73-P-K – FlooR10

Fire rated, 100µ textured laminating PVC film for walls and floors with a service life of around 3 months for internal applications, dependent on traffic, and also slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 and borderline for external use. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN 51130 anti-slip group R10.

NU-COAT – M77-P-K – FlooR11

190µ textured laminating PVC film suitable for both internal and external applications with a service life of around 6 months internally and 3 months externally. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4, equivalent to an R11 rating.

Our Range Of Slip Rated Floor Laminate Products For Internal Use – Introduction

All of our Floor Laminates are slip rated for floor graphic applications, generally using the DIN 51130:2004-6 standard for shod feet or the harmonised European standard EN-13036-4:2011 which uses the Pendulum test to assess the floor’s surface properties under both wet and dry conditions.
