The self-adhesive stencil graphic has been applied to the surface of this large trucks red curtain side and is being painted over with the stencil acting as a mask for the graphic so the pain only touches the red curtain side of the vehicle and when the stencil is removed after the paint has dried, a clean, crisp stenciled image is all that is left in place.

The stencil graphic has been weeded out and application tape applied on top to keep the stencil film in position during installation onto the graphics' surface.

With the paint dried the paint mask stencil film is being peeled away as waste, leaving behind only the clean, crisp painted image on the red curtain side of this truck.

MACmask 84.817 Grey is an 80µ soft grey, transparent PVC stencil film featuring an ultra-removable highly plasticiser resistant adhesive.

It has been designed to remove cleanly from most surfaces up to 4 hours after application without adhesive residue.

There can be problems when using stencil films in conjunction with cellulose paints.
Consequently, due to the complexity of paints and inks used, it is the responsibility of the end user to test for compatibility.
