Description

Self-adhesive, pressure sensitive, cast laminating films from Mactac, primarily for vehicle wrapping.

Part of Mactac’s LUV range of products which have been specifically designed for the protection of digital UV prints, they are also compatible with other standard digital printing techniques.

These gloss and matt graphics laminating films are designed primarily for 3D car wrapping and are the matched laminates for WW 100 PRO and JT 10700 WG-BFG-XR.

Our range of ‘Mactac Cast Laminates’ offers two options; LF 10700 CG-UV ultra clear gloss and LF 10700 CM-UV ultra clear matt.

WW 100 PRO

A 55µ white gloss conformable wall print vinyl with a grey opaque high tack permanent adhesive allowing this product to be applied to rough walls and brickwork. Fire rated EN13501-1.

Mactac JT 10700 WG-BFG-XR

A white gloss, 50µ highly conformable cast print wrap vinyl for Solvent, Latex and UV printing. Micro-textured bubble-free, grey opaque permanent adhesive with low initial tack and extreme repositionability for smooth, fast application results.

Replacement Blades – OLFA Snap-Off Knives for Graphic Arts

High-quality carbon tool steel replacement blades for graphic arts. Segmented 9mm snap-off blades with either a 45° blade in 13 segments, or 30° blade in 7 segments.

3M Finish Line Knifeless Tape 3.5mm x 50M

'Finish Line' is the new industry standard for finishing vehicle graphic installations without a blade. Knifeless tape is designed to protect vehicle surfaces / application substrates from blade damage and easily cuts most vinyl wrap films, eliminating the risk of nicks and cuts from a blade to the surface beneath.
