V-Flat Double 320 is a B2 fire rated, a 320µ / 510gsm ultra smooth double-sided anti-curl block out PVC banner with white backing.
It has a polyester layer encapsulated by PVC which gives the product a stiff feel and ensures it hangs flat with no edge curl to detract from the finished roll-up.
It fits well into all banner stands and has a super smooth surface with good scuff resistance.
For roll-up banner stands, we would recommend that the product is laid out flat to dry for around 4 hours to ensure that all solvents are evaporated.
The panel can then be trimmed and inserted into the banner stand. This will ensure that the finished drop lies as flat as possible with this one piece solution.
We cannot slit this product.
