Description

Mactac LUV 6300 is a textured anti-slip indoor floor graphic laminate for promotional and advertising applications.

LUV 6300 is a 125µ grain textured PVC anti-slip laminate specially designed to protect indoor floors, offering an R9 slip rating (DIN 51130) as well as Pendulum Test approval (BS 7976-2:2002), and with an indoor durability of 6 months on floors.

LUV 6300 is now slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 with a dry PTV of >100.

This semi-matt PVC film has a textured lustre finish that helps eliminate glare while providing a sophisticated look for promotions and advertising as well as protecting against abrasion from pedestrian traffic and moisture.

LUV adhesive is also suitable for laminating UV prints.

Our interpretation of DIN 51130 is that the products are rated between R9 (the lowest) and R13 (the highest).

Floor surfaces classified R9 and R10 are not acceptable in wet, slippery, oily and greasy floor conditions in the UK.

Matt white, fire rated, 80µ monomeric with MaxGRAB permanent adhesive on a PE liner. Our tackiest and strongest adhesive for the widest range of difficult applications - this print vinyl is for more demanding applications onto rougher external surfaces. For flooring applications the durability is 3 to 6 months and is only slip-resistant when overlaminated with a suitable slip-rated external floor laminate. Made in the UK.

Mactac – StreetLam

385µ satin clear construction made from abrasive particles which are bonded to a polymeric PVC and uses a high tack adhesive with 6 months external life. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R12, this is our highest rated anti-slip floor laminate. Fire rated EN13501.

Mactac – FloorGrip

150µ matt structured polymeric PVC film - Our most durable laminate for internal floor graphics with an expected outdoor life of 3 months when used with Mactac's StreetRap print media and the finished product conforms well to exterior uneven surfaces such as concrete pavement and bitumen. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11. Fire rated BS476 Class 0 & EN13501.
