Our tackiest and strongest adhesive for the widest range of difficult applications – this print vinyl is for more demanding applications onto rougher external surfaces. For flooring applications the durability is 3 to 6 months and is only slip-resistant when overlaminated with a suitable slip-rated external floor laminate. Made in the UK.

Description

M15-M-P is a matt white print vinyl with MaxGRAB adhesive for more demanding external applications onto rougher surfaces.

M15-M-P is an 80µ matt white monomeric print film with a clear MaxGRAB permanent adhesive on a PE liner, ideal for applications on rougher surfaces.

Currently our tackiest and strongest adhesive for the widest range of difficult applications.

The high coat weight adhesive is ideal for rough external surfaces, such as:

Concrete
Bricks
Asphalt
Tarmac, etc.

It is good for rougher surfaces because the adhesive will flow in to the valleys increasing the adhesive contact area.

For flooring applications the outdoor durability is 3 to 6 months and for most standard applications the external life is 3-5 years.

M15-M-P is not slip-resistant on it’s own, it is only slip-resistant when overlaminated with a suitable external floor laminate – the paired laminate for M15-M-P MaxGRAB print vinyl is FlooR11 which is R11 slip rated for external applications.

Fire rated EN13501-1 and BS 476 Class 0.

Mactac – FloorGrip

150µ matt structured polymeric PVC film - Our most durable laminate for internal floor graphics with an expected outdoor life of 3 months when used with Mactac's StreetRap print media and the finished product conforms well to exterior uneven surfaces such as concrete pavement and bitumen. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11. Fire rated BS476 Class 0 & EN13501.

Mactac – StreetLam

385µ satin clear construction made from abrasive particles which are bonded to a polymeric PVC and uses a high tack adhesive with 6 months external life. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R12, this is our highest rated anti-slip floor laminate. Fire rated EN13501.

NU-COAT – FlooR10 M73-P

Fire rated, 100µ textured laminating PVC film for internal applications with a service life of around 3 months dependent on traffic, also slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 and is borderline for external use. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN 51130 anti-slip group R10. Suitable for both wall and floor applications.

NU-COAT – FlooR11 M77-P

190µ textured laminating PVC film suitable for both internal and external applications with a service life of around 6 months internally and 3 months externally. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 equivalent to an R11 rating.
