Our range of easy to use, tried and tested soft signage print fabrics are suitable for UV, Solvent, Latex and Dye-sublimation printers. We offer a range of both woven and lower cost knitted fabrics to cover most display applications, as self-adhesive and stitch on Textile Tapes for tension frames in our 'Tools and Accessories: Textile Tapes' section.

Nu-Coat FlooR10 M73-P

Fire rated, 100µ textured laminating PVC film for internal applications with a service life of around 3 months dependent on traffic, also slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 and is borderline for external use. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN 51130 anti-slip group R10. Suitable for both wall and floor applications.

Description

FlooR10 M73-P is an R10 anti-slip floor graphics laminate rated to DIN 51130, and is also popularly used for wall graphics

FlooR10 is a fire rated, 100µ textured laminating PVC film for floor graphics.

Rated to DIN 51130 anti-slip group R10.

Slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 with a dry PTV (Pendulum Test Value) of 78 and a wet PTV of 38 means this floor laminate is borderline for external use.

FlooR10 is suitable for internal floor applications with a service life of around 3 months dependent on traffic.

FlooR10 M73-P is also often used as a scuff resistant laminate for printed wall graphics and is fire rated EN13501-1.

The unique VOC free adhesive is ideal for large internal graphics. It is the recommended textured laminate for printable Scenic Wall M16-H and the airXit version M16-H-X.

NU-COAT also offer FlooR11, an R11 slip rated floor laminate suitable for internal and external surfaces.

The FlooR10 slip rated floor graphics laminate is recommended for use with paired print vinyls from the Nu-Coat ‘M’ Series print vinyls range – the ‘M’ Series print vinyls offer four adhesive options that are suitable for applications to a wide range of selective internal and external floor surfaces.

Nu-Coat FlooR11 M77-P

190µ textured laminating PVC film suitable for both internal and external applications with a service life of around 6 months internally and 3 months externally. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 equivalent to an R11 rating.

Mactac StreetLam

385µ satin clear construction made from abrasive particles which are bonded to a polymeric PVC and uses a high tack adhesive with 6 months external life. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R12, this is our highest rated anti-slip floor laminate. Fire rated EN13501.

Mactac FloorGrip

150µ matt structured polymeric PVC film - Our most durable laminate for internal floor graphics with an expected outdoor life of 3 months when used with Mactac's StreetRap print media and the finished product conforms well to exterior uneven surfaces such as concrete pavement and bitumen. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11. Fire rated BS476 Class 0 & EN13501.

Mactac LUV 6300

125µ grain textured semi-matt PVC laminate specially designed to protect indoor floor graphics for up to 6 months. Helps eliminate glare while providing a sophisticated look for promotions and advertising. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R9. Fire rated EN13501-1.
