Description

Mactac’s LUV 6301 is an R9 rated slip-resistant, matt grain textured PVC print laminate for floor graphics.

LUV 6301 floor print laminate from Mactac is a 100µ matt grain textured PVC and approved for slip resistance.

R9 slip rating (DIN 51130) as well as being approved ASTM Friction Test C-1028-2007 for slip resistance.

LUV 6301 features a high tack adhesive for adhesion to textured UV prints, the sandy structure helps enhance the print and eliminate glare.

Internal durability up to three months.

LUV 6301 is now slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 with a dry PTV of >96.

Matt white, fire rated, 80µ monomeric with MaxGRAB permanent adhesive on a PE liner. Our tackiest and strongest adhesive for the widest range of difficult applications - this print vinyl is for more demanding applications onto rougher external surfaces. For flooring applications the durability is 3 to 6 months and is only slip-resistant when overlaminated with a suitable slip-rated external floor laminate. Made in the UK.

Mactac – StreetRap

85µ white matt vinyl with a very aggressive permanent adhesive. Designed for application to slightly rough pedestrian surfaces like concrete and asphalt with an outdoor life of 3-6 months when laminated with FloorGrip or StreetLam respectively.

NU-COAT – M73-P-K – FlooR10

Fire rated, 100µ textured laminating PVC film for walls and floors with a service life of around 3 months for internal applications, dependent on traffic, and also slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 and borderline for external use. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN 51130 anti-slip group R10.

NU-COAT – M77-P-K – FlooR11

190µ textured laminating PVC film suitable for both internal and external applications with a service life of around 6 months internally and 3 months externally. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4, equivalent to an R11 rating.
