Avery Dennison - Cast Vehicle Wrap Laminates
A range of pressure sensitive cast laminates from Avery Dennison, primarily for vehicle wrapping. Fire rated.
Avery Dennison Architectural Window Films
Three fire rated polyester based films to enhance the performance of flat glazing units, recommended for internal use only. Two of these films are Solar Control Films which help to lower energy consumption, improving a buildings carbon footprint. All feature permanent adhesives for wet application.
Avery Dennison DOL 2000 Series
A range of fire rated, polymeric pressure sensitive laminates to cover mid to long term curved applications, these are the matched laminates for the MPI 2000 print vinyls.

DigiGUARD - AGU-30 Gloss
50µ gloss clear, easy to handle polypropylene laminating film that also works on UV prints, and our lowest cost anti-graffiti film protecting prints from graffiti damage for up to 1 year outdoors. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV printing inks. Non-PVC product.
DigiGUARD - Floortex FV8-85
200µ textured PVC face film primarily for the protection of internal floor graphics with a service life of around 6 months. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11, so it can be used in all public places including stairwells and the like. B1 fire rated.
DigiGUARD - GUARDIAN Prop12
Primarily for the protection of floor graphics but also used for wall applications, a non-PVC, PP (polypropylene) laminate with a wet PTV of 52 which is the equivalent of an R12 rating for slip resistance. Fire rated.

Matt & Gloss non-PVC print laminates engineered from 60µ polypropylene for short-term use. Suitable for laminating over Solvent, Latex, UV and Aqueous inks.
DigiGUARD Laminates for UV Prints
The best laminates for UV prints in our range! These print laminates can be used universally over all printing inks. Fire rated with a 3-5 year outdoor life, these films are colour neutral PVC pressure sensitive laminating films with a photograde clear adhesive that guarantees a high bond with minimal silvering and bridging around heavily UV inked areas.

150µ matt structured polymeric PVC film - Our most durable laminate for internal floor graphics with an expected outdoor life of 3 months when used with Mactac's StreetRap print media and the finished product conforms well to exterior uneven surfaces such as concrete pavement and bitumen. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R11. Fire rated BS476 Class 0 & EN13501.
Mactac - LUV 6300
125µ grain textured semi-matt PVC laminate specially designed to protect indoor floor graphics for up to 6 months. Helps eliminate glare while providing a sophisticated look for promotions and advertising. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R9. Fire rated EN13501-1.
Mactac - LUV 6301
100µ matt grain textured PVC laminate for protection of floor graphics up to 3 months internally. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R9, DIN EN 13036-4 and approved to ASTM Friction Test C-1028-2007. Fire rated EN13501-1.
Mactac - LUV 7036 Gloss
36µ gloss optically clear, high quality polyester, this fire rated anti-graffiti film has a 3 year external life and can protect prints against permanent damage from graffiti paints. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV printing inks. Non-PVC product.
Mactac - PG 7034 Gloss
30µ gloss clear polypropylene film on a 36µ clear polyester liner that can be used as dry-wipe film with appropriate marker pens, or as an internal low cost anti-graffiti film. For lamination over Solvent and Latex printing inks. Non-PVC product.
Mactac - Print Laminates: Monomeric Films
A complete range of fire rated, 70µ-80µ monomeric PVC pressure sensitive laminates that cover short to mid term flat-sided applications. Additionally, LF 8510 CS PP provides a PVC-free option. For Solvent, Latex and Aqueous inks, additionally products with 'UV' have improved adhesion for digital UV prints.
Mactac - Print Laminates: Polymeric Films

Mactac - StreetLam
385µ satin clear construction made from abrasive particles which are bonded to a polymeric PVC and uses a high tack adhesive with 6 months external life. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated R12, this is our highest rated anti-slip floor laminate. Fire rated EN13501.
NU-COAT - FlooR10 M73-P
Fire rated, 100µ textured laminating PVC film for internal applications with a service life of around 3 months dependent on traffic, also slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 and is borderline for external use. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN 51130 anti-slip group R10. Suitable for both wall and floor applications.
NU-COAT - FlooR11 M77-P
190µ textured laminating PVC film suitable for both internal and external applications with a service life of around 6 months internally and 3 months externally. For lamination over Solvent, Latex and UV inks. Slip rated to DIN EN 13036-4 equivalent to an R11 rating.

50µ gloss clear dry-wipe laminate for creation of write-on/wipe-off wipeboards as well as anti-graffiti applications. As well as the DigiGUARD laminates and DigiMOUNT mounting films we have sold for years, we also offer the extensive range of Mactac, Avery Dennison and NU-COAT laminates.
We have also recently introduced two excellent gloss and matt 3D cast wrapping laminates from Fedrigoni.
Our in-house application centre features a TS 1600 laminator to help us better understand the issues you face and ensure that all the products are thoroughly researched before release.
