When Nathan Squire, founder of Fullcircle, wraps a vehicle, he insists on the best possible materials – understandably so, as some of the vehicles he works on can be worth millions.
Nathan gave us his expert verdict on Fedrigoni vehicle wrap films, initially testing Fedrigoni C50 Ultimate Slide & Tack with Fedrigoni C30 Ultra Gloss laminate on a double van recess and wing mirror; “I really pulled it about and overstretched it. But nothing moved and nothing failed. I’d happily put it on a customer’s car right now.”
Next was a full Fedrigoni wrap for his own classic Ford Sierra that featured a period race design. Nathan enthused, “It’s perfect. I’m extremely happy! Using Mactac JT9500 WG-BFG, Signography created two projects, one for Wakefield Trinity RLFC, a Super League club with a loyal Yorkshire following, wrapping two shipping containers to transform them into the ‘Big Bopper Bar’ and the ‘Madri Bar’ for thirsty fans, as well as in collaboration with Kustom Vinyl Decals, to create van graphics for the Netflix series ‘Adolescence’.
The collaboration also produced window graphics and police car badges for the same series.

Taylormade Signs recognised a great opportunity to utilise the stunning, glossy finish provided by Fedrigoni’s Platinum P800 Ultimate premium polymeric films
With Fedrigoni’s P800 Platinum’s superior high gloss finish, Taylormade Signs transformed a textured, corrugated steel unit with their striking, colourful design. Singing the material’s praises, the films offered Taylormade Signs “improved gloss finish over other options” and “the air-escape design offered bubble-free application and didn’t stick too quickly“.

Sign Wizard work ‘vehicle wrap magic’ on their company vehicle with Fedrigoni Ultimate Slide & Tack
Sign Wizard decided to ‘go to town’ with a car wrap that really had the ‘wow!’ factor and would help win them business when showing the vehicle at Wrapfest 2024. Sign Wizard have consistenty been impressed by Fedrigoni’s C50 Ultimate Slide & Tack print wrap vinyl because of its cost-effectiveness and easy repositionability, so with matched laminate C30 gloss these were their materials of choice!

Greens Signmakers – Totally transforming a customers fleet livery with Fedrigoni Ultimate Slide & Tack
After an intial trial of Fedrigoni’s Ultimate Slide & Tack C50 print wrap and C30 wrap laminate, Greens‘ said that going forward they will be using these materials again. As well as visually giving this 8 year old old van a new lease of life, Greens’ found the materials particularly easy to use, they don’t attract or hold on to dirt and prove very easy to reposition and keep clean.
Orange Quarter – Wrap projects that totally transformed a horse box and shipping containers
The recesses and intricate contours of a horse box and shipping containers were applied easily with combinations of Fedrigoni C50 Slide & Tack and Avery Dennison MPI 1106 HT print films and DOL 1460 Z Gloss laminate. A couple of stunning transformations that turned these “boxes” into outdoor beer gardens for pubs and “the materials offered the best value for money“!
CV Graphics – Cost effective and robust labels the customer loves
The labels, a legal requirement, needed stickers that were easy for customers and distributors to apply directly onto packaging boxes for display purposes as well as onto the products ‘low-energy’ surfaces, i.e., textured cast iron and stone. Coupled with the high-tack adhesive sticking well to low-energy surfaces, the DigiPRINT DS3007 thick white material also required no laminate, which kept costs down.
Cubed Creative – Long lasting school wall art that works every time
The materials for these school wall projects needed to be durable and long lasting, as well as explicitly suited to application onto painted walls, so M16-H-P high opacity print vinyl with highgrab adhesive and M25-P-K matt laminate came top of the class, enlivening ad enhancing the learning atmosphere for pupils and educators alike!

M16-H-X and TU3-70 were chosen for this wall graphic project because of the nice white print base that delivers punchy colours and doesn’t mark easily, it also cleans up really well for infection prevention and control (IPC). Being fire rated too, this really ticked all the boxes!
